This will be the third year John Nutall and his wife Alyson Wyeth, both former GB international middle distance, runners have staged this UK Athletics weekend workshop at Edgehill College in Ormskirk on 3rd/4th Sept. It comprises a series of talks and demonstrations covering all aspects of middle distance running, with experts drawn from the region. It also includes a training session on Sunday morning on Formby sand dunes.
It is hoped to send a small number of Modern Pentathletes and their coaches. If you are interested could you let me know at the earliest opportunity.
