The West Midlands Regional Qualifier for the British Modern Biathlon Championships (run, swim) will take place on 25th September 2005 at Wombourne Leisure Centre. Entry is 8 per individual competitor and an additional 4.50 per team of three. Team entrants must also be entered as individuals. The Entrant must be a full member of the Modern Pentathlon Association of Great Britain and team entries must be from clubs affiliated to the MPAGB. The top 6 individual competitors and the top two teams in each age group qualify for the British Modern Biathlon Championships. Also we shall be running an open modern triathlon competition for individuals only. Entry is 6. There will be a Come and Try it opportunity for biathletes to have a go at air pistol shooting under safe, controlled conditions. An entry form for the competition is attached. Any member of MPAGB who is unable to attend the Regional Qualifier event and who wishes to attend the National Championships should contact John Woodbridge for a bye entry form.
